Directions from points north: Head south on Tamiami Trail. Go through the light at Gulf Gate Drive. Just after Bispham Rd, get into the left lane and turn left into Pine Park Center. Our clinic has a large sign identifying it on the wall about half way in on the left.
Directions from points south: Head North on Tamiami Trail. Turn right into Pine Park Center. If you pass Bispham Rd., you have gone too far. Our clinic is about a halfway in Pine Park Center on your left.

Cash, checks, debit and credit (visa, mastercard, and discover cards)
Cancellation Policy:
Your appointment is time reserved exclusively for you. Please try your best to arrive at least five minutes early, so we can accommodate everyone in a timely manner. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, call the clinic at (941) 926 9082 at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. If you miss your appointment, the following fees may be applied.
More than 24 hours notice - Cancel or reschedule at no charge.
Less than 24 hours notice - 50% of the service fee will be charged.
Failure to show without notice - 100% of the service fee will be charged.
